LYCHEE ROSE MIMOSAS
Although we all enjoy a Mimosa filled brunch, you have to admit this classic breakfast cocktail could use an update.
Swap out the citrus for the nimble and elegant flavors of rose and lychee, to create a refreshing libation with an equally alluring hue.

- 20 oz. chilled Lunetta Rose or Bartenura Rose
- 16 oz. chillled Morad Lychee wine
- 1 oz. rosewater
- Fresh Lychee for garnish
Pour 16 oz Morad Lychee wine and 1 oz rosewater in a pitcher stir until mixed. Then top with 20 oz. of Lunetta Rose or Bartenura Rose. Gently stir a few times to keep bubbles in tact and pour into champagne flutes or martini glasses. Garnish with 2-3 lychees on a toothpick and enjoy!
