Given 95 points by Robert Parker, Capcanes Peraj Ha'abib is produced by the Celler de Capcanes winery in the D.O. Montsant. This blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Each grape lends its unique characteristics to create a symphony of flavors. Hand harvested and fermented for 28 days the wine is then aged for 12 months in new and old French oak barrels and finally left to stand for another 3 months before bottling.
