All the grapes in Covenant Syrah were grown in the Tel Faris Vineyard in the Golan Heights in Israel. The high altitude in the Golan Heights creates a special environment featuring warm days and cool nights that are ideal for grape growing. Aged in French oak casks for 18 months this wine exhibits soft, silky tannins and a firm structure that is pleasing to the palate.
