This humble and unpretentious wine hails from the fervent soil of Israel. Harvested in late September and early October and matured in French and American oak barrels for 10 months. After the maturing process was completed, each barrel was separately tasted for quality and the final blend was made; a job us wine enthusiasts wouldn't mind having.
Notes: Dry, full-bodied. Aroma and flavors of cassis, berries, mint, and shades of vanilla.
