Made at the Arza Winery in Israel, Hayotezer Auteur Cabernet Sauvignon is made after a very special ripening of the grapes. Harvested and cold macerated for about a week, this wine is then fermented in controlled temperatures and soaks for three weeks to develop it's deep hue. Aged for more than 24 months until bottling, this full body wine exhibits all the sophisticated hallmarks of a French style Cabernet Sauvignon, which comes to no surprise as the master wine maker, Phillippe Lichtenstein is a frenchmen himself.
Notes: Dry, full-bodied. Aromas of plum, cassis and vanilla with flavors of blackberry, cherry, fennel and chocolate.
