Veramonte Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using organic farming practices. Veramonte Winery's choice to use these methods was primarily to reduce their carbon footprint, but also because they believed that it yields a superior grape. Aged eight months in French and American oak barrels, the wine is packed with ripe fruit and a smooth finish.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas of berry with flavors of plum, spice and pepper.
Pairings: Venison, chicken cutlets, medium-hard cheeses.
